The market in Bulgaria is now experiencing phenomenal growth; it is rising on average at 20% per year!

Approaching membership of the EU in 2007 and the developing tourism infrastructure is pushing prices up from what are still the lowest in Europe. This attractive situation is spurring on property purchases by foreigners especially those from the UK.

However, without the right local knowledge, it is easy to make mistakes.
The market is no longer at its lowest point, and there is increasing price disparity between property locations. Purchasing property without the right knowledge can result in you paying over the odds for an over-hyped area, or buying somewhere which whilst having a low price, does not in fact have growth potential due to inaccessibility and lack of infrastructure.
