Welcome to the forum, what are your experiences with practicing Zhineng Qigong / chilel?

Hi everyone I've been practicing Zhineng Qigong (chilel) for about 8 years now. I've found it vey helpful. Especially Three centres merge standing (level 1) and the Haula hula (turn waist move kwa) from level 2.

We'd love you to share your thoughts and experiences, highs (and maybe lows) and your journey to health. Perhaps you've had a health condition which has been helped by ZQ.
